Osaka, Japan

Processed with VSCOcam with a6 preset

Hello all!

Here are a few snapshots of a wonderful layover in Osaka, Japan. Cass, Alyssa, and I started the day early and eager to explore as much as we could. All we really knew was the general destination as we purchased our tickets from the train station with the help of a friendly clerk. In fact, every single person we interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful, even those in the train station.

Over 26,000 steps and 12+ miles later, I vowed to wear tennis shoes the next time I am determined to conquer a city in a day. Shout out to Cassandra for navigating all day, it would have been a jerk time without you. Also shout out to T-Mobile that failed me thanks to the iOS 10 update that struggles to connect to service a lot of the time. Still, it was a great wet day with amazing coworkers and friends that always look to making the best out of any layover.

Cheers, y’all. And see you again soon, Japan.
